Dear Scholarship Applicants,

Yes its that time of year again…scholarship time!  -Oh, the daunting task of receiving money just never seems to end!    Attached is the scholarship package for Spring  2010.    As a reminder all graduating high school seniors and current college students, who are registered members in good standing with the World Tang Soo Do Association and their individual studio, are eligible to apply.  The award amount is currently $750.00 and the mailing address is in the package.  Also, since the original application is kept on file, any student who is re-applying only needs to submit a note indicating their intention to apply, a current college enrollment letter or transcript, and a newly completed instructor recommendation form.  To be eligible for consideration, the completed application or required documentation has to be received (not just “post marked”) by Mar. 27, 2010.

The paperwork for the 2009 Region 5 Scholarship is now online.  The deadline for application is March 15. 2009.  All students are encouraged to apply for this award, and previous applicants are also welcome!
