Business Seminar – 2pm-4pm
Pre-registration and packet pickup – 6pm-8pm
Head Instructors meeting – 5pm-7pm
Written test and physical evaluation – 5pm-7pm
Black belt test – begins at 7pm
Saturday –
Registration for black belt competition – 7:30am
Judges meeting – 8am
Black belt and CDB competition – 8:30am-10:45am
Registration for gup competition – 9:30-10:45am
Opening ceremonies- 11am
There will be a judges meeting for the afternoon competition
Remember: in order to be eligible for the Grand Champion Cup, you MUST be present during closing ceremonies.
Sunday –
Registration (if needed) – 8:30am
All rank training clinic – 9am-12pm
